• Led the development and launch of Forsyte’s Guardian 365 24x7x365 managed security services. Grew business to ~$3mm annually within one year, and growth continues today (~$10mm)
• Manages an international team of 45+ staff across the security operations center (SOC), implementation engineers, support staff, and professional services
• Serves as the technical face of the company in sales presentations, frequent webinars, and other public facing engagements
• Leads the development and launch of net-new Forsyte services, most recently including data protection & compliance, patch management, and vCISO services

• Managed organization's ~$1m budget and led the financial planning process for FY22 with the Board of Directors
• Guided organization (both during employment and board service) to its first ever break-even fiscal year
• Worked with Executive Director and legal staff to implement new processes around case management, pricing,
• Led the organization through a series of IT modernization efforts including migrating email and file storage to the cloud, implementing MFA, and automating repetitive processes, leading to increased efficiency

(started as Junior Cloud Engineer from April 2019 - July 2019)

• Provided end-to-end engineering expertise to customers on a wide-ranging
  variety of projects including Microsoft 365 implementation, enterprise data migrations,
  code-based (C#, Powershell) identity management, cloud/on-premises security,
  and infrastructure
• Managed a small team of junior engineers, providing constant training, feedback, and
  guidance
• Developed and streamlined project delivery and sales processes for email content migrations (G-Suite, Office 365), which became the company’s largest
  line of business during my tenure
• Led cross-departmental testing for multiple new-to-market products, including project management, training of staff, and providing requirements to team of
  developers
