Twenty Eight (28) years experiences in Project Managements on the Oil and Gas Company: Heavily expertise on Planning and Control Area. Exposed covered both area Major Project and Operation Function in BP Organization.

Nineteen years experienced in BP with various positions starting from Planning Engineer position to various Team Leader positions in organization. Spread widely experiences (within Major Project, Turn Around (Planned Outage) and Production Functions within BP Organization) specialization on the Planning & Controlling Area as well as integration roles, very strong as an integrator. Having very good communication skill, good personality and one of fast adaptable person, brought an advantage for me into assignment at any position that need this particular soft skill. Proven that I have been appointed as a pioneer team in the region (ie. as an System TL, AsPac AiW Squad lead (establishing new Production integrating system from initial lead to sustain stage) and SME for AI Tactical workflow), Proven having good leadership skill in implementing BP Value, Who We Are that directly linked with my passion in developing myself and my team. Strive to successfully deliver on every challenge that offered to me in my day to day.

Along with new train facilities coming into AsPac region, I have been assigned to lead the Operation – Project interface Planning and Control, working collaboratively with site management team (both from Major Project and Production Organisation). Report to Site Manager, in day to day managing all the deliverables during preparation of facilities handover from Project to Production. Day to day job covered but not limited to:

• Heavily working with team in preparation of eCOW system Go Live, ensuring smooth transition from Project to Operation phase.
• Set up an integration system in absence of eCOW, to manage all risks related with all critical activities
• Established Project-Operation Controlling schedule in managing all start up activities toward to name plate journey
• Established meeting all planning meeting cadences for both Project and Operation area. Working closely with Projet and Operation site management team
• As member of the Jakarta Management team – in managing all information to Main Stake Holders (Indonesia’s regulatory team (SKK Migas) and partners)

Assigned as Senior Business Integration that responsible for leading integration of planning, scheduling, and TAR reporting system for providing excellence execution schedule to execution Team and providing alarm to TAR Event Lead for any potential schedule issue. As well as providing TAR execution report included all analyses for Regional Leadership, BP Global solution and Externals stake holder.

General Responsibilities :

• Delivering robust TAR safe and excellence execution schedule for Lead Planners to for running the event
• Managing TAR execution schedule attainment by gaining progress from execution team
• Schedule analysis and generating the 3DLAH (3 Days Look Ahead) report to Lead Planner and Superintendent
• Running daily schedule meeting and providing support for schedule forecast if there is any execution issue escalated by Lead Planners including schedule adjustment due to discovery or emergent scope finding
• Managing the CoW integration with agreed 3DLAH

Assigned as Operations Planning DL reported to ODM (Operation Discipline Manager) under Production Delivery Unit, ensure all team member capacity and capability is met and suit to organization requirement. Develop team member as a future leader and ensure all the development team are well address. In parallel triple hatting role as a Tangguh Site Integrator and Region SME AI Tactical Workflow.

• As Region Site Integrator: Site/Area focal point for functional queries on schedule integration capabilities Manages integrate schedule with Functions to check deliverability and optimize against area/site constraint inside Annual Plan. (Comment: POB, Logistic, SIMOPS, X-Functions nesting, Operations schedule) Manage Site/Area schedule integration Meetings Issues and communicates the site/area integrated schedule to all Functions and Site personnel.
• As Region SME for AI Tactical Workflow: Region focal point for delivering and deploying the AI Tactical Workflow as a front liner to ensure the implementation of AI Tactical workflow in the region, ensure all need to be aligned as design. Merging the specific Region process into the Global Ways of Working, specifically in the AI Tactical workflow Monitoring and applying any potential CI processes to maximize value in the Business Other important team leader roles: playing as key roles as an Execution Project Control TL in TAR (Turnaround) project in a Region and Plant Trip Emergency Team as the Lead Planning Engineer.

Based on business need, on late 2015, i have been assigned back to Jakarta as an Activity Planing Functions TL (APFTL), working under APPM (Activity Planning and Performance Manager). Responsible as Functions TL who build all functions (Department) schedules and make sure all Function Readiness prior to submit that as the Area Schedule.

The responsibilities of this new role are:

• Ensure safe, reliable operations in Tangguh Site Area
• Deliver fully integrated Tangguh Functions activities aligned to company priorities
• To advise and facilitate all Functions Manager (Production, Ligistic, Engineering, etc) in delivering and their plans and commitments through a robust performance management process.
• Work with all parties to ensure integrated functions schedule best delivers value and risk mitigation for the area within functions constraints
• To manage, supervise, and develop AP Functions Planning Team members

Based on business need, on late 2011, I have been appointed as an Area Planning Team Lead which directly dealing with the real business itself at site. With having the experience on setting the system and tools in my previous roles, brought the effectiveness of the way we run planning organization.

The responsibilities of this new role are:

• Ensure safe, reliable operations in Tangguh Site Area
• Deliver fully integrated Tangguh Area schedules aligned to company priorities
• To advise and facilitate Tangguh LNG Operation Leadership Team in delivering and their plans and commitments through a robust performance management process.
• Work with all parties to ensure integrated schedule best delivers value and risk mitigation for the area
• To manage, supervise, and develop Planning Team members
• As additional roles, to supervise maintenance planning, supervise production planner, hydrocarbon accounting and reporting activities.

Along with BP Organization changes, on Mar 2010, we were transferred from Project Control organization to Activity Planning under BP Operations, back to that time I was trusted to lead a system and tools team who responsible to build an Integrated Planning System&Tools within Activity Planning Organization under BP Operations in to AsPac Region.

The major role of this position:

• as Main Region contact and vocal point in establishing Activity Planning system and tools
• Working actively with Activity Planning Global team and brough all System and Tools requirement into the region
• Working with IT&S, define, implement and manage the configuration of the SPU planning and scheduling tool set.
• Ensures system configuration efficiently supports Activity Planning.
• Develop and deliver training programs to build planning and scheduling capability in the company.
• Drive planning systems and tools performance
• Proven with evidence basis is the system and tools team that I led, it could fit with AsPac Region and Global organization requirements up to now.

During an execute of the EPCI project, as a planning integrated engineer, main roles and responsibility are more to coordinate and working together with the project control which is embeds to the delivery team. To compile all the base line and current schedule as an integrate system and report to the management. Assist the integrated planning lead to prepare the AFE prior to issue to the government. To conduct the regular weekly schedule meeting with all delivery team and manage the changes periodically. On late 2009, continuing my career as Planning Engineer, I was appointed as Integrated Planning team leader as Project Services Manager Direct report. In this role, I was exposed to the managerial roles and enhance my soft skill to lead a team to the success. Acknowledge as high performer, my career growth as expected.
