Assigned as Senior Business Integration that responsible for leading integration of planning, scheduling, and TAR reporting system for providing excellence execution schedule to execution Team and providing alarm to TAR Event Lead for any potential schedule issue. As well as providing TAR execution report included all analyses for Regional Leadership, BP Global solution and Externals stake holder.

Based on business need, on late 2015, i have been assigned back to Jakarta as an Activity Planing Functions TL (APFTL), working under APPM (Activity Planning and Performance Manager). Responsible as Functions TL who build all functions (Department) schedules and make sure all Function Readiness prior to submit that as the Area Schedule.

Along with BP Organization changes, on Mar 2010, we were transferred from Project Control organization to Activity Planning under BP Operations, back to that time I was trusted to lead a system and tools team who responsible to build an Integrated Planning System&Tools within Activity Planning Organization under BP Operations in to AsPac Region.
The major role of this position:
During an execute of the EPCI project, as a planning integrated engineer, main roles and responsibility are more to coordinate and working together with the project control which is embeds to the delivery team. To compile all the base line and current schedule as an integrate system and report to the management. Assist the integrated planning lead to prepare the AFE prior to issue to the government. To conduct the regular weekly schedule meeting with all delivery team and manage the changes periodically. On late 2009, continuing my career as Planning Engineer, I was appointed as Integrated Planning team leader as Project Services Manager Direct report. In this role, I was exposed to the managerial roles and enhance my soft skill to lead a team to the success. Acknowledge as high performer, my career growth as expected.
