Nineteen years experienced in BP with various positions starting from Planning Engineer position to various Team Leader positions in organization. Spread widely experiences (within Major Project, Turn Around (Planned Outage) and Production Functions within BP Organization) specialization on the Planning & Controlling Area as well as integration roles, very strong as an integrator. Having very good communication skill, good personality and one of fast adaptable person, brought an advantage for me into assignment at any position that need this particular soft skill. Along with new train facilities coming into AsPac region, I have been assigned to lead the Operation – Project interface Planning and Control, working collaboratively with site management team (both from Major Project and Production Organisation). Report to Site Manager, in day to day managing all the deliverables during preparation of facilities handover from Project to Production. Day to day job covered but not limited to:

  • Heavily working with team in preparation of eCOW system Go Live, ensuring smooth transition from Project to Operation phase.

  • As Region Site Integrator: Site/Area focal point for functional queries on schedule integration capabilities Manages integrate schedule with Functions to check deliverability and optimize against area/site constraint inside Annual Plan. (Comment: POB, Logistic, SIMOPS, X-Functions nesting, Operations schedule) Manage Site/Area schedule integration Meetings Issues and communicates the site/area integrated schedule to all Functions and Site personnel.
  • As Region SME for AI Tactical Workflow: Region focal point for delivering and deploying the AI Tactical Workflow as a front liner to ensure the implementation of AI Tactical workflow in the region, ensure all need to be aligned as design. To compile all the base line and current schedule as an integrate system and report to the management. Assist the integrated planning lead to prepare the AFE prior to issue to the government. To conduct the regular weekly schedule meeting with all delivery team and manage the changes periodically. On late 2009, continuing my career as Planning Engineer, I was appointed as Integrated Planning team leader as Project Services Manager Direct report.
