3. Establishing and developing business relationships with the surrounding environment of the hospital or other external parties ( goverment, agencies, public institutions, companies ) to manage referrals

• Prospect new Customer and secure new relationships (NTB), meeting the assigned target and profitability
• Build long-term relationships with client and penetrate portofolio (ETB)
• Offer financial and Investment advice to the clients after assesing their requirements, support by dedicated product specialist team (Loan,WM,etc)
• Upgrade potential customer to priority segmen
• Keep update with current local and global market and economics condition

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companyʼs customer base and ensure itʼs strong presence
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with Area Heads, Area Segmen Managers, Branch Managers, and Relationship Managers
• Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategy to meet and exceed sales target
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of sales team members, providing continuous guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations to foster strong teamwork and Drive goal achievement
• Regularly compile sales report, analyzer achievements, and devise contingency plans to ensure target attainment
