The KPIs : customer service level (OTIF), Demand Forecast Accuracy, Working Capital (Inventory & Payable), and Logistic Cost (Driving logistic cost saving).

1. MSO Planning (NPD Planning) for several category in Beverages, Baby Care and Home Care in 2010-2013. The responsibility is more on leading the NPD process, timeline tracker and ensure the NPD launch ontime.
2. Supply Planning for Home Care category in 2013 - 2015. The responsibility are : creating MPS, ensuring FG, RM/PM supply (OTIF) and working capital inventory
3. Demand Planning for Home Care category in 2015-2016. The responsibility is more on creating demand forecast & forecast accuracy.
The responsibility is on ordering material for spare part machine and non component item.
