My role as a 360 degree recruiter specialising in high volume Accounting and Finance roles across Western Sydney’s Public Sector entailed servicing clients within Government organisation sourcing high-volume roles sitting under the Account support space in Western Sydney. I covered all roles sitting under Public Sector including State, Federal Government and Not-for-Profit. Roles included: Accounts Payables/Receivables, Payroll officer, Assistant Accountant/Accountant, Finance officers.

Responsibilities included:

  • Creating job ads to attract candidates and screening resumes
  • Creating direct mails to attract candidates as well as using them to market available candidates to our clients.
  • Pre-Screening of candidates over the phone
  • Face to Face Interviews
