Main Role and Responsibilities:

• Identify and map all source data of digital banking products and services, with a primary focus on Paylater cash loans and digital savings, to report information in accordance with regulatory guidelines (e.g. LPS SCV).
• Create a simple program to automate report generation with Python to slash the manual process to generate a report with a million records and a portfolio amount of 2.1 trillion IDR from 3 hours to 15 minutes.
• Collaborate with the Product Team and IT Quality Assurance to verify data and ensure that no product or service impacts regulatory reporting, thereby ensuring that all products and services are reported to the regulator.
• Coordinate with Product to enhance the onboarding form to increase customer data quality from 95% to 99%.
• Led Project Regulatory Reporting Automation by Application and collaborated with the Vendor to streamline the process generation for LBUT Report and SLIK Report.
• Support any ad hoc portfolio data from internal requests and external requests (i.e, Audit OJK or Independent).
• Update the reporting internal policy if there are updates process or new policies from regulator.

• Manage a data migration process for lending data (i.e, loan facility and loan collateral) from Bank Harda International (now: Allo Bank) to Bank Mega to ensure the data migration is successful.
• Collaborate with the Bank Harda International reporting team to ensure data readiness of the digital banking product and services for regulatory reporting purposes.

• Identify the current process of operational process in the Trade Finance Business Unit.
• Propose a Strategic Dashboard as a source of information and decision-making for trade finance business
