Feasibility Studies

  • Acted as Project Coordinator for feasibility study of Vending Machine with teaming with Joint Venture company and Retail Stores study for Company in materials and product development, business plan, operational, and logistics.
  • Leveraging experiences, capabilities and networks to surpass objectives.
  • Coordinated cross-functional teams within both organizations to get proper implementation and key recommendations from result of feasibility studies.

E-Commerce Trial Project

A short period project (“Pintarung”), Oct 30th 2018 ~ Feb 19th 2019 (3.5months) to seek market opportunities of traditional market and trying to learn the whole operation.

  • Managed to setup end-to-end processes involving principals aquisition, business and transaction flow, manpower allocation, in connection with OMS (Order Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System) platforms that belong to partner.
  • Achievement for 753 transactions on 300 transactions of target
  • Conduct a comprehensive review on project deliverables, including proper closure in financial aspect and external contracts or agreements.

Atri Distribusindo (Alfa Group)

Responsible to support the Company on several tasks on collection of Account Receivables, Sales, and SOP.

  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including finance, branch managers, and IT to make AR aging monitoring which then check and contact manually each debtor. Collected 32% of AR amount from 7 years of AR due.
  • Collaborated closely with sales team to assess, enhance, and (re)activate Sales Force Automation (SFA) system, as target to improved transaction transparency, efficiency and sales performance.
  • Contributed to creation of Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) in logistic process (10 SOP) in close partnership with logistics and IT teams.

Secondment to PT SOLUSI PINTAP INDONESIA

UNIQLO

Responsibilities to handle importation and sales since the 1st store opening for PT Fast Retailing Indonesia (“UNIQLO”) for textile and textiles products, shoes, merchandises, and shop utensils,

  • Created and supervised team members for end-to-end internal business flow and its monitoring and report scheme for import and sales activities to meet finance requirement for internal and UNIQLO accordance to Company’s rules and requirements.
  • Prepared all sufficient information on import regulation and facilitated all licenses to comply to governments and customs regulations. Total 5 licenses for monthly regular uploads
  • Constant validation for all import documents and accurate HS Codes, and consultation with KSO surveyors and un-match HS Codes with UNIQLO. Total handled 2,000+ imports.
  • Smooth business and knowledge transfer to UNIQLO for their team to continue since Sep 01st 2017 (until 20th store was opened)
  • Took major responsibility in providing documentation for post-customs audits. Audit in 2015 and 2020.

Seconded as Head of Operational from PT MC LIVING ESSENTIALS INDONESIA (“MCLEI”) since PT SOLUSI PINTAP INDONESIA was established.

  • Led operational strategies and initiatives as Head of Operational covering sales, manpower (up to 43 salesmen and 7 ASM) and data warehouse internally and agencies and warehouse partner (“JDID”)
  • Teaming in supervision of mobile app development in upgrading and new products of EC platform (Pintap Retail, Pintap Kupon, Pintap Force) with a focus on User Experience, sales and inventory asset monitoring, and accurate monthly closing,
  • Established efficient processes for order and goods flow that leading to improved supply chain efficiency with close collaboration and negotiation with warehouse (“JDID”) and last mile delivery (“JX Express”) partners.
  • Achieved significant milestones, including successful engagement of users in various segments: Warung (20,000+), Grosir (400+), and Freelancer Motorist (9,900+) in cities in Java and Medan. This resulted in an total Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of IDR 181.5 billion.
  • Communicated effectively with internal teams, to resolve challenges and corrective actions in operational include paperwork and administration, identified areas and drive continuous for improvement,
