• Supervised and directed related with daily task of 6 member of Reconciliation team (ATM Bersama Network, Prima Network, QRIS, BI Fast Network, Local ATM, Bill Payment, VISA Network) in HQ before sent to other units
• Supervised and directed related with daily task of 3 staff of Dispute and Claim for any complaints related team ATM Bersama Network, Prima Network, QRIS, BI Fast Network, Local ATM, Bill Payment, VISA)
• Controlled and oversaw related reconciliation process on settlement for third parties and monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met
• Carried out related Tax payment on settlement for third parties paid on schedule and comply with Tax regulation, including reimbursement schedule (if any)
• Supervised and directed related with GL Account under Digital and Centralized Operation that need to be follow up for further action and already pass of aging period
• Contributes in special projects in Digital and Centralized Operation dept that delve in general accounting and financial reporting, in line with operational works
• Collaborated on BRD, PRD processing and ensure alignment with prevailing accounting policies and controls, regulatory requirement and management reporting needs, checking data integrity and involve in UAT to ensure the requirements for reconciliation and settlement process are per expectation
• Collaborated on discussion with project stakeholders in gathering requirements including brainstorming, planning, monitoring and tracking of projects assigned and to align with Business initiative
• Facilitate related data analyst tools to support reconciliation daily task and dispute consolidate report using MS Excel or Ms Access (if needed)

• Prepare and manage cash flow, manage cash management properly related with funding, lending and payment.
• Supervise related activities and financial transactions recorded and reported complete, accurate, and valid
• Oversaw activities of the finance accounting function (sales and receivables, purchases and payables, and asset management and others)
• Manages finance operational KPIs (AR Aging, AP Aging) and related with GL reconciliation, adhere to timely monthly closing, AP and AR.
• Ensure Tax payment paid on schedule and comply with regulation
• Provide effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
• Ensure compliance with appropriate financial standards and best practices
• Provides timely detailed financial analysis by ensuring appropriate metrics are being used to measure growth, tracking actual performance against budget, forecasts, and KPIs, and highlighting issues/variances
• Contributes in special projects that delve in general accounting and financial reporting
• Supervise for Credit Card Payment and Dispute Transactions

• Supervised and monitored related Clearance and Settlement Credit Card Processing

• Controlled and oversaw related Card management and courier.
