• Carry out activity for Cutting & beveling and ensure dimension of cutting, type of end preparation (BE: beveled end, PE: Plain End, TOE: Threaded one end) and additional extra length for field adjustment refer to isometric shop drawing
• Carry out assembly activity for pipe fittings with Flanges (Weld neck, Threaded, Socket weld, Slip-on, lap-joint, Blind, End Cap), Reducer concentric/eccentric, Equal/barred T and Elbow - long radius & short radius
• Carry out installation activity for instrument Valves - Gate Valves, Ball Valves, Globe Valves, Butterfly valves, Check Valves: Piston or Swing type and Single plate or Dual Plate, Choke Valves, Plug Valves, Safety Relief valves, BVS, SRV, SDV/ESDV, and ESD/FSD.
• Carry out installation activity for Gaskets - Spiral Wound, Inner ring and Outer (Centering), Flat Ring (Used usually for lower pressure rating and lower temperature), Ring Gasket (Used for high pressure rating and above, oval shape, octagonal shape) include bolt and nut as requirement drawing/spec

HVAC
• Carry out activity for fabrication, assembly, erection, until commissioning of HVAC system (AHU/ACCU/Pump skid and unit following support cooling pipe and accessories motorize valve, three-way valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, check valve, glove valve, needle valve, strainer, safety relief valve, solenoid valve/fusible link valve, pressure regulator, L/round bar support/hanger, rectangular/spiral duct for supply/return/fresh air, fire/smoke dumper, fan blower, supply/return/exhaust grill includes accessories fire/smoke detector, humidity/temperatures transmitter include PLC/Control Panel associated power/control cabling).
• Ensure MC of testing duct leaked medium pressure with static differential 1000 Pascal and air lead rate 0.8 L/S and refrigerant unit and chiller/AHU unit, energize PLC and control panel for integration testing of all dumper, smoke/fire detector, fan blower, F&G until orientation record the air flow rate and velocities of area, humidity and temperature.

• Carry out welding activity for Pipe spool with polarity DC+Ve/DCEP/DCRP, DC-Ve/DCEN/DCSP, AC and configuration socket weld, but weld, for single/double V/butt/bevel - GTAW/GMAW/SMAW (root/hot/fill/cap pass) + FCAW (fill/cap/profile) – manual + semi-automatic + automatic

Inspection, NDT and Testing
• Ensure & following tubular/piping testing as requirement - Visual testing, Non-Destructive Test: MPI/MT/PT/UT/RI of welds, Destructive Test: tensile, impact, hardness, macro/micro, bend, fracture/nick break test of welds
• Ensure activity of inspection and testing as specified in ITP in terms of fit/up, welding, air test, vacuum test, hose test, and final inspection
• Carry out activity for welder qualifications and welding processes, polarity and consumable SMAW, GTAW/GMAW, SAW, and FCAW (before, during and after)
