TELEMETRY:

  • Monitoring, analyzing and diagnosing ECG and SPO2 using the follow systems in conjunction: Space Labs and Clinical Access as well as newly implemented Philips System at St Luke’s Nampa Medical Center
  • Providing satellite ECG and SPO2 monitoring for St Luke's Mountain Home and McCall
  • Enhanced patient care by accurately monitoring and interpreting EKG data for early detection of cardiac abnormalities.
  • Educated new employees on correct use and interpretation of telemetry equipment, fostering a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.
  • Utilized advanced knowledge of arrhythmias to identify potential life-threatening events promptly and notify appropriate medical personnel accordingly.

  • Created Multiple New Hire Checklists for all CNA, RN and Traveler New Hires which include:
  • Manage and update New Hire folders
  • Acquire IT access for all new hires
  • Assign mailboxes and lockers to each New Hire
  • Assign and order new tracker badges
  • Create and manage Excel Spread sheet for 30 60 90 120 day check-ins
  • Update Unit Master Tracker and Education Tracker
  • Assign New Hires to TEAMS groups
