• Familiar with US and Europe requirement for Apparel and Furniture Industry

• During sample checking, my concerns are:
  - Construction & stitching, all these should match with the original sample or with the sketch.
  - Fit & function, should be comfortable and good for users.
  - Workmanship, good or not good appearance of the product after sewing.
  - All samples should be improved based on buyer's comments.
  - Keeping samples, although we have to send the samples to the buyer, we also have to make sure that we have keeping/copying samples of the samples we are going to send, just to make sure if send comments and get comments, we can review the samples more easily as we have keeping samples.
• Inline audit / Technical audit in the factory for quality system, by following the buyer's standard
  quality system, or the minimum quality standard that the factory should have.
• Usually should be for Inline audit for new factory, or for non-new factory can be every month.
• Make sure all the quality system is still running, because sometimes the factory has a good quality system only during the audit, after the audit passed everything is back to normal means there is a quality system that is not running or missing.
• This quality system includes: Report forms from each QC department, Quality check points of each
  IQC department or process such as fabric check, trim check, panel check & others,
• Quality inspection standards during sewing & finishing process.
• Quality inspection standard before and after packing.& last factory internal inspection with AQL using the same standard as our inspection standard or not, as it should be correlated.
• All these audits are not to find problems in the products, but to find, deficiencies, or improper ways
  regarding the quality system that the factory has.
• Make CAR for factory (kind of repeating issue from factory & we have to make some kind of form for factory for their inserting the corrective action for this repeating issue.
• Make Task number on Taskman to make serial number for testing the component or sample
• Conduct PQ meeting and any quality issue with factory.

• Final Audit & Quality Controll Inhouse
• Checking and monitoring fabric incoming until garment from warehouse to released for shipment
• Checking and monitoring quality production of accessories printing and embroidery.
• Checking and monitoring sewing process with inline audit everyday and communication about problem then find root cause for fix it with QA Manager, SPV QC, Sewing Manager, Chief Sewing and SPV sewing.
• Ensure sewing process match with worksheet and BOM.
• Monitoring the QMS from buyer, vendor and factory agreement including TLS, and RFT.
• Final Audit with random sample AQL for released shipment.

• Controlling employee of maintenance to create behavior working in good condition and safety first
• Controlling performance machine to create good product no defect
• Make schedule for job maintenance in a week
• Make sure the product have an excellent quality
• Continues Improvement or T-Kaizen every three month
• Problem solver in process working area
• Communicate with Manager about goals and condition in working area
• Communicate with Staff in other division to fix the problem
• Communicate with employee to arrange a goals and to fix the complaint from another division and department
• Ensure behavior working, and procedure due ISO and Safety first
• Training employee for raise sense of danger in working area or KYT (Kiken Youchi Training)
