Responsibilities include management, direction, and development of the sales teams; business plan development; annual budgeting; strategic action plan development and implementation; monthly expense & topline revenue forecasting; group collateral development & distribution for the three luxury hotels. Annual portfolio production 69,400 room nights and $54 million in topline revenue. Under my leadership, the regional portfolio has grown group revenues 17.6% over the past two years.
