• Review and negotiate loan agreements with lenders to ensure compliance and protect the Company’s financing interests.
• Review and negotiate financial and banking facility agreements to support effective funding management.

• Review and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with independent power producers (IPPs), especially for operating power plants, to ensure compliance and protect the Company’s interests.
• Provide legal advice to management on issues related to existing power plants and energy transition to support sound decision-making.
• Manage legal matters involving contract amendments, extensions, or renegotiations of PPAs arising from policy changes or commercial conditions.

• Represent the Company in court for legal proceedings, especially those related to services, violations, and electricity distribution, to protect the Company’s legal interests.
• Review and negotiate customer service agreements and other contracts to ensure legal compliance and safeguard the Company’s business interests.
• Draft internal regulations on business policies in commerce, customer services, and electricity distribution to provide a clear and consistent legal basis for operations.
• Provide legal opinions and analyses to management on legal issues in commerce, customer services, and electricity distribution to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, particularly law enforcement authorities, to obtain legal support and advice necessary for the Company’s operations.
