Providing information as clearly as possible regarding various products and services that customers or prospective customers want to know and are interested in. Receiving, serving and resolving problems unfitted by customers in connection with customer dissatisfaction with the services provided by the customer. Administering receipts for requests and returns of checkbooks and giro bills and power of attorney. Providing information about customer balances and mutations. Introducing and offering existing and new products and services according to customer desires and needs. Building and maintaining a good relationship of trust with customers.
