- Working as a tech support for Apple products over the phone (the best customer service thirteen years in a row at the time.) Here I learned how to communicate clearly and concisely. Not being able to see someone’s phone and help them troubleshoot and navigate through their problem is quite a challenge. Especially if they are upset enough to call customer service.

- Lot attendant for Home Depot/Lumber Department was active and fun! Cool thing about pushing carts for a home improvement place is you get to load up trucks and cars with everything from concrete bags to railroad ties. I learned that even if I don’t know what the customer needs, I can help them get what they need by pulling from other resources (my team, the internet, etc.)
