Lead 8 day work trip to various locations across the Southwest United States. With crew sizes ranging from 2 to 8 people.

Was in charge of planning and logistics for 8 day work trips with only a few hours available to prep for the week.

Conducted crew evaluations where I was responsible for providing the crew with constructive criticism.

Was responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This meant having to respond to difficult crew members when language became inappropriate for the work environment.

Ensured the crew was timely and and stayed on task. Often this meant ensuring the crew was updated with changing priorities.

I worked 4 days a week with limited supervision, my responsibilities ranged from invasive plant management, sprinkler repairs, and managing the Youth Conservation Corps
