Summary

I am an ambitious and self-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO), I am responsible for overseeing the overall business operations strategy as to ensure the continuous growth and success of our Brands and P&L accountability (750 stores). With 25 years’ experience I have lead operations in Europe, Russia, UK, Gulf States, and the last seven years here in Indonesia.

During this period, I have worked with some of the best- and well-known international Brands namely Starbucks, Subway, Krispy Krem, Cold Stone, Paul Bakery, Genki Sushi, Pizza Express, Hard Rock Café, Planet Hollywood.

As the operation leader and country head I am instrumental and responsible in the growth and expansion of not just the business units but also the establishment/foundation of the company structure from store development, finance, human rescores, learning &development, supply chain, marketing and operation.

Within my role as CEO and previously COO I have opened over 1200 stores, which includes 400 Starbucks, 100 Subways, 30 Krispy Krem, 33 Pizza Express, 26 Genki Sushi and 22 Paul Bakery as well as others. With such expansion building teams is essential to the success of each Brand, SBU and support functions, developing people and implementing succession planning is as important as profitability.

I have been fortunate in my role to have experienced working for franchisee as well as the franchisor, this enables me to understand the essential needs and demands of the board of directors of the master franchise for individual regions and the corporate principal goals and objectives of the franchisor.

As a leaders it is important for me to install in my people a hope for success and a belief in themselves. I feel that positive leadership empowers people to accomplish their goals.

Leadership and learning for me are indispensable to each other my objective as a leader is to help those who are doing poorly to do well and to help those who are doing well to do even better. It is important to install in all the team the importance of each and every individual employee who believe that management is concerned about them as a whole person — not just an employee — are more productive, more satisfied, more fulfilled. Satisfied employees mean satisfied customers, which leads to profitability.

For me it’s very simple the real competitive advantage in any business is one word only " PEOPLE"
