1. Perform analysis of pure gases such as argon, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, both in liquid raw materials and gas cylinder products using gas analyzer and gas chromatography.

2. Perform gas mixture analysis using gas chromatography which refers to the ASTM D-1945 or GPA 2261 & GPA 2286 standards.

3. Perform recipe calculations for gas mixtures which refers to ISO-6142, ISO-10156 standards.

4. Develop gravimetric filling method for gas mixtures which refers to ISO-6142 standards.

5. Create certificate of analysis (COA) & certificate of conformance (COC).

6. Calculate standard costs for gas mixtures pricing.

7. Record all the consumable, both for gas mixture production and analyzer/GC consumable, ensure production & analysis runs smoothly.

8. Support gas mixture filling in the peak season or if the filling operator is absent due to illness or leave.

9. Documented filling & analysis activities in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

10. Assist supervisor for customer support such as sampling, on-site analysis, or helium dewar to MRI filling in the customer's site if needed.

1. Maintained owned cylinder assets.

2. Arranged delivery of filled cylinders to customers.

3. Arranged delivery of empty cylinders & picked up filled cylinders from vendors.

4. Prepared all logistics needs, for both delivery and office needs.

2. Performed helium filling activities by operating helium Isotank, vacuum pump, 4-stage compressor & cooling tower.

3. Performed helium purity analysis in raw materials & products using analyzer & gas chromatography.
