Summary

As the Head Of Testing (IT) at AIA Indonesia, I am responsible for defining and implementing the QA strategy, governance, and execution for all IT projects and initiatives. I have over 6 years of experience in leading and managing quality assurance teams and processes in the banking and financing industry, with a strong background in software testing, analytical skills, and test planning.

I am passionate about delivering high-quality IT solutions that meet the business needs and expectations of our clients and stakeholders. I coach and train my testing team to communicate effectively with various IT and business partners, and to provide comprehensive test scenarios and execute them within schedule and budget. I also present and report on the testing strategy, approach, impediments, and solutions in the ITSC forum, and follow up on the action items and targets. My mission is to ensure that the IT systems are fully tested and deliver good stability, performance, and security for the projects and system enhancements.

  • Define Role & Responsibilities within internal Testing team and project team to prevent grey area and have clear segregation of duty.• Responsible for Defining QA governance, strategy, approach, plan and execution in development for all projects and initiatives.
  • Coach and train Testing Team to have better communication skill with ITBSA, Project Manager, Business Users, Project Sponsor, Delivery Team, etc so the message is accepted well from the recipient.
  • Provide comprehensive test scenario and execute within schedule to make sure systems are fully tested and deliver good stability for projects, system enhancement.
  • Create strategy and present in ITSC forum regarding all testing strategy, impediment and solution in testing area, follow up and to meet the target within decided target date.
  • Fully support and involved to create, strengthen and define missing procedure in System Development Life Cycle in testing area.
  • As PIC from Testing area to response and provide evidence to audit team by collaborating with Head of BSA, Head of Delivery, and IT Governance Team.

  • Part of transformation team for implementing strategical transformation program on the testing area and help other area to make sure the deliverables of transformation.
  • Work close with the project sponsor, project team, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects according to agreed scope, timeline and budget.
  • Define project timeline, budget and resource allocation on testing area on each of projects.
  • Provide report and updates to management and project team for on every running projects.
  • Conducted regular audits of hardware inventory to ensure proper asset management across the organization''s technology infrastructure
