• Participate in and conduct formal training sessions, provide guidance and on the job training to new Production Operators.
• Execute work procedures as per company policy and in line with Company core behaviors Provide accurate and clear communications to the Production Supervisor and keep in regular contact with the platform to control and provide information on ongoing production conditions, performance and maintenance program.
• Understand the company’s Emergency Response Procedures & be able to perform emergency response duties and tasks as and when required.
• Understand, monitor and intervene where necessary to ensure the safe, efficient and effective operation of wells and process equipment. Ensures safety system is fully functional. Eliminate unnecessary production loss and process upset by taking timely corrective action.

• Complete all unit readings sheet, routine checks and activities on time, then report that to panel operator and supervisor
• Maintain continuous production without unplanned shutdown which may impact other gas producers
• Authorize the Permit to Work, ensure and monitor safety procedures implementation
• Manage field activities at field unit and enforce the other to comply with proper PPE
• Ensure plant controls and shutdown systems are operated in a safe manner
• Start up / shutdown process plant safely and troubleshoot upset / trips
• Troubleshoots plant operations as required. Includes diagnosing operating problems
• Able to identify, analyze and solve work difficulties assesses and control risk, and takes appropriate decisions.
