• Total sewing lines 54, with 3 sewing buildings, 1 laundry facility and around 4500 workers
• I reporting direct to senior director
• Handsome have various prestigious buyers like Victoria Secret, Pink, Express, AEO, ANF, Free People, Kohls, Tommy Hilfiger, Target, Walmart, GAP, Uniqlo, etc…
• Responsibility on general quality control product:
• Prepare, analyze and send KPI , Final Summary and OQL result to our Head quarter
• Setup Training basic skills for QA/QC and share buyer requirement standard
• Keeping track of TQM are implement correctly right from Incoming material till final dispatch
• Conduct technical audit to all our supplier (Washing, Print, Embro) to ensure they meet with our Hansoll Standard, twice a year
• Prepare and send CAP for continuous improvement for every finding issue both findings from internal factory or from outside parties

• Brand: Fila, Candies, Dana Buchman, APT 9, Hangten, ELLE, Mudd, Tek Gear, Tony Hawk,Jumping Beans, Sonoma, SO, Kaari Blue, Janie&Jack etc
• Products Category: Woven & Knit
• Anticipating / identifying quality issues which can be possible problems, discussing with the factory’s Production & Quality teams and advising corrective actions
• To guide DQA/Factory QC to be more understanding with KOHL’s/Other Buyer Requirement to enhance their knowledge

• Products Category: Softline and Hardline
• Cross checking that factory records / approvals status are matching to the details received from my Hub / Spoke offices prior to conduct all inspection stage.
• Train factory to understand Walmart standard and monitor their system to ensure its aligned.

• This Factory is a 100% Manufacturer & Exporter in woven and Knits
• In Company have various prestigious buyers like GAP, Liz Claiborne, Dillards, Susan Bristol, NY Jeans, Phillip van Heusen etc…
• Keeping track of all the orders, right from Incoming material until final dispatch
• Develop QA/QC System in my company from Incoming material till packing area and Ensuring QA/QC System Runs on the track

Follow up the entire production process to ensure that the each GAP standard has been followed properly
