  • Working closely with palm oil companies and industry associations to identify labor rights risks and design best practices recommendations mainly focuses on child labor mitigation, fair target and payment, and promotion of casual workers
  • Supporting over 100 palm oil smallholders and informal palm oil workers with best practices in occupational health and safety, social security registration, and proper employment mechanism
  • Working closely with Landscape team in delivering labor aspects within landscape Theory of Change, including knowledge development, support for transformation, and engagements with local stakeholders (government, civil societies, unions, companies) regarding labor issues
  • Facilitate collaboration between concerned stakeholders (civil societies, government agencies, companies, etc) related to labor rights best practices in Aceh, Riau, and East Kalimantan through working group discussions
  • Facilitate discussions and becoming key resource persons on workshops, trainings on human rights due diligence in palm oil industry
  • Conduct desktop study on labor and human rights due diligence in palm oil supply chain
  • Working closely with Impact Monitoring and Evaluation team in quarterly reporting regarding labor activities, impact measurement and verification, and impact quality in Landscape areas (Aceh, Riau, East Kalimantan)
