Make Sales & Tax invoice, check monthly Financial & Tax report, handle Petty Cash, payment to supplier, tax & salary payment, salary & overtime calculation, handle recruitment & general affair matters, BKPM & Bank Indonesia report, coordinate with freight forwarding agent for importing process, & handle employee insurance (private insurance & BPJS).

Entry Accounting Transaction Journal to Accurate system, handling Taxation (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, & PPh Final), monitor Cash & Bank position, monitor Inventory/Stock position, make Sales Invoice, & prepare Finance Report.

Preparing Financial Monthly Report, handling A/R, preparing daily income report, and handling administration jobs.

Entry budgeting allocation data. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly allocation report. Prepare monthly cashflow report. Print out profit and loss report.

1.Salary proses: allowance, deduction, & tax.
2.Special events: THR, Bonus, Annual Leave, & Long leave.
3.Payment journals: Insurance Jamsostek & employee loans.
4.Salary changes: new join & resign employees.
