• Keep track of government certification related activity for Offshore scope and liaise with inspection third party services for the certification of equipment and MIGAS worthiness certification
• Prepare Company Circular Letter and Inspection Test Plan for the attainment of Certification of Inspection of Offshore equipment and MIGAS worthiness certification.
• Update progress related with Offshore GPO Quality scope in a weekly and monthly manner
• Issue quality related documents such as NCR when necessary & manage NCR throughout the project
• Review vendor quality procedure & Inspection Test Plan
• Partake in Supplier audit - generate Terms of Reference, Audit Report and review Audit Checklist against ISO 9001:2015

Briefly assigned for Tangguh EGR/CCUs Offshore and Onshore scope

• Arrange project quality oversight throughout Execution Phase, Turn Around and Operation stage and internal self-verification activities within the project scope. The outcome for these activities is to set audit within company and contractors, quality-check ins and monitoring.
• Assists in Quality- related workshop for contractors (ea. Right First Time Program) as a quality strategy in improving overall quality of the project
• Review Quality Procedure, Project Quality Plan and Criticality Assessment planning of contractors
• Conduct Supplier Quality Oversight by conducting audit to suppliers for early-work and Long lead item scope
• Assist Engineering department in reviewing materials for UCC early work scope against internal material requisition and project requirements

Assigned for Saudi Aramco D7068 Marjan GOSP 4 project as piping engineer for Auxiliary platform.

• Review bulk (inc. top up) materials procurement process and prepare purchase list
• Participate in constructability review with Piping Engineer and Construction Engineer in weekly manner
• Review drawing, MTO and requisitions; Highlight shortages to Procurement team and report to project management team
• Performed regular production studies and machine analysis to identify potential bottlenecks
