During my time at Laser Mania Family Fun Center/Glow Games Family Fun Center, I served as a Team Lead responsible for overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Led team members during peak business hours while ensuring excellent customer service, smooth game operation, and a safe, organized facility for guests.

My key responsibilities included supervising staff assignments, managing customer flow, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining operational efficiency during high-traffic periods. Developed strong time management skills by balancing multiple tasks simultaneously, including employee coordination, customer assistance, and facility upkeep.
