• Analyze the creditworthiness for four-wheeled car financing, commercial vehicle financing and property financing which includes analysis of various aspects of prospective customers, including character, capital, capacity, condition and collateral.
• Survey visit to prospective customer's business location for loan ceiling > 5 billion
• Create survey results report,
• Provide recommendations to the credit committee on prospective customers who apply for credit to IMFI in the form of credit analysis report,
• Monitor the work done by the staff such as checking the results of the analysis made by the staff and assist the staff if there is difficulty in doing the task of credit analysis.

- Analyze the ability to pay for prospective customers who apply for a home ownership loan at Bank OCBC NISP
- Provide credit feasibility analysis report to the credit committee whether prospective customers are eligible for mortgage loans

- Make a brief recap of financial statements such as income statement
