In 2014, I worked as an Architect, Project Planner, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Team Leader. I have done those jobs for 6 years.
I have started to look for an experience since I was in college. I began my first job as an internship employee at PT. Jiang Su. I learned all the works at the project site, the process of making docks for coal ships, and also safety standards at the project site. Besides, I acquired a knowledge of how a project leader lead the project so they could execute the jobs based on the plans and helping translate letters from Bahasa Indonesia to English.
I started my career in the professional world after graduating from college in 2014 as a Project Planning Officer at PT.INDOMOBIL TRADA NASIONAL and PT. WAHANA WIRAWAN, Indomobil Group Jakarta until September 2018. I helped Renault make the design for their showroom.
In September 2018 up to June 2019, I joined AVC team (Asset Value Creation) as a Section Head at PT. LIPPO MALLS INDONESIA.
In July 2019 until November 2019 I worked at CSCEC (China State Construction Engineering).
The working experience as an architect has not only provided me with the lessons on running certain concepts in order to design, draw plans, deal with time management, and project management, make schedules, and reports. I also supervised the project development process and checked whether everything stuck to the initial plans.
Continuing my experience as an Assistant General Manager in November 2019 until March 2020 at PT.ASIAALUM TRADING INDONESIA which was part of the ASIO INTERNATIONAL PTE.LTD. I managed contact database, arranged meetings and appointments, organized events, company documents, and many more.
I worked as a Assistant Project Manager at PT. BINTANG TEKNIK PRIMA starting from April 2020 up to February 2021. I prepared a billing payment related to the progress on running projects. Improving the current systems such as incoming documents, employee attendance and all the works regarding financial issues. Remains in tune with latest sales and marketing strategies. Conducting Job Training at the location of the power plant and dock construction in Pacitan, under PT. Jiang Su who is a sub-contractor from the State of China by being an assistant field supervisor who is in charge of controlling process of making docks for coal ships, safety standards at the project site, leads on the project so they can go according to the plan helping to make letters, and sharing the results of research in the field regarding development progress to supervisors in Indonesian and English.
