Responsibility :

• Manage daily operation of staff, availability stock, shipment, delivery and importing.
• Provide report to GM, finance department and head office regarding products sold, Inventory, Import realization, government issue, and others
• Comminations with head office/ factory regarding forecasting, demand planning, shipment documents and other to ensure everything goes smoothly.
• Demand Planning each products to head office to ensure availability and enough products for sale
• Forecasting each products based on history product sold, stock availability, in transit shipment and safety stock.
• Warehousing, ensure each products well stored, cleans, with our standard temperature, loading and unloading when shipment arrive also shipment to our branch and stockiest.
• Importing, preparing all documents required Invoice and packing list, SKI from BPOM, Surveyor Report and etc.
• Products Registration, works together with head office to preparing all documents required for renew product registration each products or new products registration before we proposed to BPOM / FDA
• Stockiest, we have branch and more stockiest in Indonesia, so we manage each stockiest to ensure products availability, delivery products on time, reporting, etc
