Job Description:

• Lead HSE Project Team.
• Applying the provision regulations related to the on-site project.
• Managed interactions between the operational team and visiting inspectors, and ensured properly conducted on-site inspections.
• Coordinating the Security and Social Responsibility Plan.
• Make Evaluation Work HSE Procedure and Work Instructions on Site Project.
• Conduct socialization, implementation, and supervision of the HSE program.
• Make a report on SMK3 implementation and technical guidelines for construction.

• (2) Project PLTM Besai Kemu, Lampung
• (3) Project Building Astra, Daihatsu Motor, Karawang.
• Job Desc:
• Successful management of safety and health programs, and strategic initiatives for all, identified and controlled manufacturing process risks, and served as the primary liaison between executive management, employees, and regulatory agencies.
• Managed interactions between supervisors and visiting inspectors, and ensured properly conducted on-site inspections with minimal disruption.
• Cooperated with the union safety committee and executive management, addressed, and satisfied safety and corporate policy concerns.
• Attend and monitor daily toolbox talks.
• Monitoring and Evaluation sub-contractors comply with the company’s site safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and assist with subcontractors' safety personnel toward their duties and responsibilities.
