• Phone Calls: Contacting customers (inbound/outbound) to remind, inform, and address unpaid bills.
• Negotiation: Discussing and negotiating payment plans or other solutions that enable customers to settle their obligations.
• Follow-up: Conducting regular follow-up with customers who have not paid.
• Administration & Reporting: Recapping data, creating daily/periodic reports, and handling administrative matters related to the collection process.
• Maintaining Good Relationships: Striving to build trust and maintain good relationships with customers throughout the collection process, in accordance with procedures.
