• Relationship Building : continuosly engage to the Key Merchants/Top Brand and listening their needs, feedbacks, and stay in close communications.
• Driving Growth & Higher ROI : ensure the merchants are growinh with us. Take a data drive approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each brands/merchants in order to grow basket size and create loyal customers.
Manage and grow a porfolio of accounts especially for the Top Brand by GMV, build a good relationship with key merchants.
• Marketing Campaign & Promotion Design : craft a compelling campaign by leveraging co-marketing partnership with Grab's partners (merchants) to bring the Grab's value to the customer, which also drive value back to thw Grab's partners (merchants).
• Ensuring consistency and quality : i have the greatest interest to make sure the merchants that we handled are also maintaning service and food quality consistency. Liasing with operations, customer service, and partners to ensure issues are resolved over email, phone, or in person.
• Collaborate with the campaign promo team, Ad Ops team, to analyse campaign perfomance, provide recommendations to clients/merchants and secure campaign renewal.
• Cross-functional Relationship : Work with the product, operations and merchant acquisitions team to make sure Merchants have the best possible experience.
• Managing Team Perfomance : working with the team form a very early stage to help build the team, tools, and process needed to serve, retain, and grow to the Big Brands/ Key Merchants.
• Be the point of contact for clients, provide nessesary assets and info to the campaign promo team for campaign implementation.
• Track key campaign metrics and ensure campaign objectives are met.
• Prepare Quaterly Business Review report for key accounts.
