1. HR System Implementation Provide effective interface coordination between HR functions and area management,Validate the implementation of HR systems. Provide feedback and/or advice to both area management and other HR functions if there are things that are not covered by the existing HR guidelines, procedures and policies.
2. Employee Development Advise area management on employee development strategy and programs. Coordinate the area management to conduct individual competency assessment processes based on role profile to identify their development needs and career planning. Teach and facilitate elements of key managerial practices and competencies.
3. Organization Development Advise the area management on the organization effectiveness, to be in line with the company business requirement including vision, mission, imperatives, goals and objectives. Monitor organizational climates & values, and recommend improvements as required.
4. Performance Management Coordinate the activities of Performance Management Cycle to be effectively implemented and sustained by area management. Validate the equilibration process of Annual Performance Appraisal, Evaluate the implementation of Performance Management Cycle, Provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Compensation & Benefit, Work Force Planning and Recruitment Coordinate interface functions between area management and respective HR functions for the resolution of issues from recruitment and compensation and benefit process.

Employee and Industrial Relation Coordinate interface functions between area management and respective HR functions for the resolution of issues related to employee grievances, complaints and industrial cases. area. Develop behavior and technical competency requirement of non-staff employee and ensure alignment development program with the competency requirement developed by Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP). Ensure assessment / certification program conducted effective and efficient.
To lead, manage and improve Reduction Kiln section operation to produce Calcine from DKP with standard quality and quantity based on production plan in safely manner and in efficient management with good environment stewardship within the annual budget plan
Lead and manage of Dryer Operation section to produce DKP (Dried Kiln Product) within defined specification safely, and also controlling the pollutions which are not exceeding the government limit within the annual budget plan.
