What I’ve learned from this job

After my mission I went back to Target and became a Team Lead. I learned further communication skills and punctuality. A lot more communicating with guests that have attitudes because I worked early mornings. I grew an appreciation for leading.

I further became a better communicator and I learned a lot about commitment and hard work. I taught myself Swahili on my mission and that opened a whole new door for a communication style.

I learned further communication skills and how to lead and help others. Target is better with customer service.

What I learned from this job

I learned how to work with electronics and further more how to work with people my age. Communication was big in this job because we were running events. Only worked here for a semester.

What I learned from this job:

How to communicate with people in a work environment and also how to talk with adults at a younger age. I learned to be very receptive to receiving instruction. I gained a very confident communication style and became great at communicating to difficult people.
