Project Achievement
1. Gas Handling Capacity Upgrade – 2019-2020 as Lead Instrument Engineer
· Systematic engineering project to increase gas handling capacity up to 130MSCFD
This project categorized as several sub-project:
- New HP Inlet Gas Scrubber design and installation
- Well conversion project to increase gas injection rate to reservoir
- AGRU demisting cyclone installation
- Gas Lift Discharge cooler re-rating
- GLC 2nd stage retrofit
· Involved in engineering design, HAZOP workshop, process study and simulation also construction/commissioning with Project-Maintenance-OEM representative.
· Perform High Rate Test for Gas processing area in expection to increase gas handling up to 130 MSCFD and managed to approval to local regulation.
2. Crude Oil Stripper Inlet Control Valve Retrofit – 2018-2019 as Opportunity Project Lead/Coordinator
· As Project Lead for Level Control Valve Retrofit located at CO stripper column inlet. This is as follow up from 220kbpd high rate test project as key enabler for Banyu Urip Facility to increase the production capacity ujp to 235kbpd.
· Perform Engineering evaluation to identify the process bottleneck at 235kbpd high rate test
· Perform valve sizing based on process simulation and pressure survey actual condition.
· Manage engineering documents, procurement process, and expedite the material to get those arrived to meet Annual Shutdown window before Q2 2019.
· Managed Maintenance, Shutdown Team, and Vendor reps during valve retrofit during partial shutdown window to optimize the plant downtime.
· Perform facility process optimization at LP Production Separator to enable CPF Banyu Urip able to operate safely in higher production rate up to 225kbpd with stable control valve performance.
· Perform diagnostic analysis post Control Valve retrofit.
3. Water Treatment Project at Banyu Urip Field – 2018-2019 as Instrument and Control Engineer\
· Mainly involved in Raw Water Treatment improvement project to eliminate main bad actor of water treatment system issues.
· As Main Instrument and Control Technical contact for overall project
· Engineering workshop detail for water treatment project with multi-discipline function and contractors
· Develop project initiative and mainly in I&C matter and leading the engineering detail development and project execution

- Hypochlorite Injection System modification

- Additional FRC analyzer for surveillence parameter monitoring
4. 220kbpd Crude Oil Production High Rate Test – 2017-2018 as Instrument and Control Engineer
· Leading into instrumentation and control technical evaluation to ensure Banyu Urip Field able to operate in higher production rate up to 220kbpd.
· Overall Control Valve Size adequacy check
· Thermowell wake frequency adequacy check
· Engineering details for additional Crude Oil Stripper Coolers to increase cooling capacity.
· Involved in HAZOP, Construction and Commissioning start-up phase
5. 205kbpd Crude Oil Production High Rate Test – 2017 as Lead Instrument Engineer
· Involved as I&C technical contact point in high rate test to increase facility production rate from 185kbpd up to 205kbpd. Did upgraded orifice DP flowmeter and control valve at wash water distribution line at each production train to optimize crude oil cooling process within process area.
6. Sulfur Recovery Unit Start-Up Project (Banyu Urip Field) – 2016-2017 as Instrument and Control Engineer
· Involved in SRU start-up project post Banyu Urip Project EPC-1 as Instrumentation and Control Engineer to ensure all end-to-end field instrumentation and SRU logic/calculation working well to achieve system start-up safely.
7. Banyu Urip Project (EPC-1) 2013-2016 as Field Instrument Engineer
