Triathlon

A triathlon is a multi-sport endurance event consisting of three continuous and sequential endurance disciplines. Triathlons vary in distance, ranging from short sprint races to Ironman distances, which can be over 140.6 miles in total. Triathlons require athletes to possess a well-rounded level of fitness and endurance across different disciplines. Started my triathlon back then in 2015 and now I am the finihser of Ironman (Port Macquarie, Australia 2019).
