Gabriel is an Indonesian attorney and public policy and government affairs expert with experience both as a practicing lawyer and a public servant. As a practicing lawyer, Gabriel focuses on representing corporations and individuals in complex commercial and corporate matters including shareholder derivatives, arbitration and commercial and transactional litigations. Gabriel also handles civil litigation cases such breach of contract and torts. As a government official, Gabriel headed the legal division for the President's innovative skilling program - Project Management Office of Kartu Prakerja ("PMO Prakerja") under the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. In this position Gabriel was exposed to and worked with various government apparatus, led the formulations and negotiations of Presidential Regulation and Ministerial Regulation, worked with all law enforcement agencies, and navigated and solved multiple complex issues. Gabriel was also in charge of building and maintaining collaborations with various government institutions and law enforcement agencies in ensuring program's accountability and compliance. Furthermore, Gabriel was given the task to represent PMO Prakerja in negotiations and discussions with foreign governments and UN bodies for various purposes such as technical assistance, knowledge exchanges, dissimilations of Prakerja's outcomes and impacts.

Kartu Prakerja Program is a large-scale skill development program initiated by the President of the Republic of Indonesia with end-to-end digital infrastructure. Mandated by law, Kartu Prakerja created a learning and fund disbursement ecosystem comprising of 6 digital platforms, more than 300 training providers, 4 fintechs and 2 banks, and multiple job search platforms through API integration in order to provide government service in skilling of workforce.
