• Make sure delivery and progress in field to match with timeline schedule made and submitted to customers
• Reporting progress to customers through meeting and prepare to fulfill customer's need by reporting to Management Level if approval is needed.
• Solving any problem found in field that doesn't need any approval.
• Increased success rate of project executed without any delay from PT MES Indonesia Utama's side

• The last year in University, I was asked to be a Bureau of Secretary Member and i was enjoying my last year in university. My job desk is still the same to guide our junior member so they can achieve success in executing events.

• As Bureau of Secretary Head Department, i was responsible to had my team success in terms of supporting IMMANTA in achieving success in all IMMANTA's event by giving advices to junior or senior member that participate as event's committee.
• We also do maintain relationship with General Affairs Dept in campus so we can get full support when we need help in terms of permits and equipments.

• Basically IMMANTA is a non profit organization that was build under the Management Faculty in Tarumanagara University. IMMANTA is the organization that helps the faculty to do the class registration system and helping the student when they need help about mentoring due to the exam.
• IMMANTA also do events such as Economic Quiz, Stock Competition, Entrepreneurial Competition and many more activities during my first and second year.
• During the time as junior member i was assigned in two department. The first year was in Department Of Communication. In this department we are responsible to make the event fulfilled by making creative board advertisement that will reach out to college students.
• Second year i was assigned in Department of Bureau Of Secretary. in this department we are responsible to make sure all assets that is in the IMMANTA working properly and make sure the letter of permission or letter of invitation received by recipient. We are also responsible to help the committee of the event with permits and equipment lending if needed from the campus.
