1. Responsible for Import Process & ensuring its compliance in accordance to government law, regulations & restrictions also internal policies.

2. Perform Import Process activities with the most cost effective toward high-quality products.

3. Understand PIB Modul, HS Code related to Import.

4. Familiar with INSW, Inatrade, Surveyor’s website system, CEISA 4.0 system

5. Create PO (Purchase Order) according to specification from PR (Purchase Request) & ensure vendors’: Delivery Time, Quantity, Quality and Cost.

6. Verifies all payment transactions are completed according to requirements.

7. (Mastering Export Import Payments by Telegraphic transfer and/ or LC procedures)

8. Monitoring estimate time of arrival to vendors and/ or tracking systems.

9. Responsible of Import documentation (Ensure Shipping documents validation) in order to ensure no errors in customs clearance.

10. Submit monthly report for Export Import activities and spending.

9. Prepare & Submit PIB based on EDI system and Import Clearance Process.

1. Create PO (Purchase Order) and submit to supplier according to PR from sales meeting.

2. Sourcing competitive suppliers and ensure its high-quality for certain products.

3. Responsible for availability, completeness, and correctness of all shipping document for customs process (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, Permits, and any other supporting documents).

4. Ensure the arrival of imported products is in accordance to the requirements.

5. Coordinating with warehouse for the arrival products.

6. Monitoring freight cost from freight forwarders.
