Summary

Mr. Eza holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia, in 1987, a Master's degree in construction management from Northeastern University in Boston - MA, USA in 1995, and Master's degree in International Construction Law, LLM, from De Monfort University in Leicester - United Kingdom in 2022. He has spent almost 40-year of his career in many aspects of infrastructure development. He used to work for the Government of Indonesia (GoI), State-Owned Enterprises, Development Bank, International Investment Bank, bilateral corporations, and private infrastructure investors. Those blending of work experiences, in and out of Government, provided him with a unique and strong understanding of infrastructure development, as well as construction, from different perspectives and interests. Mr. Eza started his career as the road and bridge Project Manager in the Ministry of Public Works to execute road and bridge construction works at site. Subsequently, he was promoted to the management level who responsible for planning, designing, procurement, and monitoring and evaluation. During his tenure in the World Bank, he held responsibility in checking and supervising compliance of the World Bank funded transport project's execution to the best practice principles. Therefore, he has a thorough understanding in planning, design and construction of roads and bridges projects.
