1. Finding competent supplier / shipping agents, negotiate with them to meet company specifications, prices, delivery and logistics solutions.

2.Review and negotiate all transportation contracts, materials prices and list of Suppliers to ensure Company obtained the maximum discount and service required.

1. Schedule production activity in synch with MPS.

2. Work with Manufacturing Line Manager(s), Purchasing, and Inventory Control to recommend long term resolutions to shortages due to lack of material control on the production floor.

1. Monitoring material to meet Production schedule.

2. Manage External Kanban for main Supplier.

3. Work with Global Procurement Manager for main Supplier contract, Work with Finance for reconcile Accounts Payable Issues.

1. Plan inventory and review stocking policy, Collect, analyze, split and challenge the sales forecasts,

2. Generate distribution plan to plant for Master Production Scheduling (MPS).

1. Ensure adequate order from customers to support the production plan and timely issuance of order.

2. Ensure there are adequate raw materials to support the daily/weekly plan, Monitoring and expedite critical order to minimize potential Backorders and Past due orders.
