  • My role is to support EAM DS and EAM RWS in analyzing, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of each AM/Region to drive monthly revenue and sales growth for Telkom DWS, with the ultimate goal of achieving the EAM segment targets in 2025.
  • My role also includes keeping track of all projects from all Regions and DS related to connectivity, platforms, and service products.
  • I am also responsible for organizing and managing the segment budget on a monthly basis, which includes monitoring expenses, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that all allocations are aligned with the company’s targets and priorities.
  • In 2025, I am also supporting the migration process of 136 ISPs from Telkom DWS to TIF.
