Human Capital - Project Development Support & Project Management Officer

- My role is to support projects conducted by Human Capital to help increase the company’s net profit.
- My role also involves analyzing several projects outside the Human Capital segment and holding meetings with directors from other departments.
- At the end of each month, I meet with the CEO and COO to review both Human Capital projects and cross-departmental initiatives.

- I completed a three-month internship as a Digital Sales intern, where I was responsible for monitoring the growth of PT. TELIN’s Wi-Fi roaming partners and analyzing their performance trends. - My role also includes keeping track of all projects from all Regions and DS related to connectivity, platforms, and service products.
- I am also responsible for organizing and managing the segment budget on a monthly basis, which includes monitoring expenses, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that all allocations are aligned with the company’s targets and priorities.
- In 2025, I am also supporting the migration process of 136 ISPs from Telkom DWS to TIF.
