Merchandiser, E-commerce and Marketplace Task

  • Build Shopee and Tokopedia account and develop it to be potential source income. In 2021, merchandise performance contributes up to 140 million rupiah of total income digital marketing channels per year.
  • Run, monitor, evaluate and analysis data of marketplace ads. In 2021, ROAS for marketplace ads is about 1.35 and marketplace ads contribute up to 10% in merchandise performance income.
  • Arrange monthly marketplace promotion strategy for social media content (Instagram) and marketplace promotion tools. Create strategy to optimize selling with narration of donation, not only for selling the product, but also awaken audience awareness of children campaign. In 2021, organic performance contributes 42,78% of merchandise income.
  • Create monthly report of each marketplace. Familiar with data insight of marketplace (ads, product, audience, trend product). Familiar with other tools in marketplace (promotion tools, managing products, managing store, etc).
  • Engage with KOL (Influencer) for brand awareness, boost traffic and increase selling.
  • Maintain 5 star review from hundred transactions from each marketplace, increase customer satisfaction by resolving issues.
  • Actively listened to customers, handled concerns quickly and escalated major issues to supervisor.
  • Arrange product development by finding vendor for new product production. Familiar with procurement process, finding and deciding the best vendor, do quality control for the material and find the best quality result.
  • Create product branding by arrange mood board of photo product, video launching, and similar visual content of product.
