• Design and optimizing of TETRA radio communication network (train-borne radio, outdoor radio coverage & in-building radio solution) as a part delivery scope of work; also take care of radio frequency licensing to Directorate General of Resources and Equipment of Post and Information Technology of Republic of Indonesia.
• Drive-test, post-processing & analyze log-files of radio measurement on the LRT Jabodebek area using Rohde & Schwarz (R&S) ROMES4 MNT & generate the reports.
• Communication with Ministry of Transportation, Directorate General of Railway, of Republic Indonesia for the ratification components of Indosat's telecommunication & security system used in the LRT.
• Manage other project as integration-lead of Train Communication Interface (TCI) deployment on the 31 trainsets, conduct survey & deliver test commissioning procedure & interface control document, assist for the interfacing of dashboard-management radio system, on-board TETRA radio system and on-board intercom & public-address.
• Observe the radio spectrum along lines & way-side of LRT Jabodebek using a spectrum-analyzer & R&S scanner to identify radio carriers around TETRA LRTJabodebek licensed spectrum.
• Experience with MS Project, advanced MS Excel, Mapinfo, AutoCAD, Wireshark, Sepura Radio Manager, R&S ROMES4 Mobile Network Test (MNT) software, R&S Spectrum Analyzer.

Achievement:

• Complete deployment Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA) network coverage along LRT Jabodebek's lines, wayside & in-building, implement test & commissioning program and complied the functional guarantee.
• Complete test & commissioning staging tasks; outstanding delivery re-tuning radio-system parameters & proper radio-devices mobility along railway-track & wayside.
• Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) compliance was managed well till final project, empirical approach was carried out & accepted by employer, and EMC requirement deliveries was completed.
• Complete the justification of system-audit observations during Independent-Safety-Assessment (ISA), and transfer hazard identification to Operator during the assessment by O&M Readiness Committee (OMRC) PT KAI.
• Complete integration synoptic-view as Graphical User Interface (GUI) of trains radio-onboard system with Automatic Train Supervision (ATS) signaling-data, mapping the physical-trains identity with circulation identity, for trains-location monitoring based on signaling-information.
• Complete audit the Passenger Information Display System (PIDS) application as interface information-platform in the stations-wayside & trains ATS-system, and deploy simple-tool application for speedup analyzing the ATS-data delivered by signaling-system.

• Ericsson 2G, 3G & LTE radio network improvement, align the strategy to achieve KPIs, perform radio frequency & parameter planning and engineering to meet requirement, and evaluating implementation of new features.
• Pre-analyze & improving customer experience issue.
• Preparing Cell Data Record as initial database configuration for new sites & rehoming activities.
• Developing Jabodetabek KPI dashboard, auto-updated & highlight the worst contributor performance on specific time-period near real-time, on Business Object web-based & feed by ENIQ database. It's very useful to easier & speed up identification of customer experience issue due to any problematic network.
