1. Verification of administrative requirements for customers, customer surveys, and validation and activation of new kartuHalo pairs, activation/deactivation of service features, changes to customer data, and other execution activations according to their authority and document filing.
2. Receive escalation of customer requests and complaints from CSR that require further checking (first layer) through but not limited to tickets, email, SMS and telephone
3. Conduct initial analysis and ensure the accuracy of data related to the process of resolving customer complaints by using available tools and escalating tickets to the Back End Support (BES) function
4. Monitoring Grapari operations (CSR tickets, vouchers, device bundling, billing complaints, cash/debit/credit card payments and card stock availability
5. Work report (Reporting)
