Our company operates in two segments: patient monitor accessories retail and maintenance services. For maintenance, we specialize in CSSD products like steam sterilizers, washing machines, low-temperature sterilizer equipments and also water treatment for cssd equipments. We have been appointed as the East Java service area for the Belimed brand. In addition to Belimed, we also repair other brands independently like Matachana, Steelco, Tuutnouer, Renosem, Etc.

As a Technical Manager, my responsibilities include:

• Led CSSD Equipment Maintenance and Repair Team - Managed a team of technicians for the maintenance and repair of CSSD equipment (Belimed, Matachana, Steelco, etc.).
• Developed Maintenance Service Business Strategy - Designed business strategies and maintenance contract schemes.
• Designed Service and Maintenance Reports - Developed comprehensive reporting systems for service and maintenance activities.
• Created Support Tools for Repairs - Designed support tools for CSSD equipment repairs.
• Conducted User Retraining - Provided retraining for users on repaired equipment and CSSD knowledge.
• Ensured Spare Parts Availability - Maintained optimal inventory levels of spare parts for repairs.
• Evaluated and Improved Maintenance Services - Conducted regular evaluations and implemented continuous improvement for maintenance services.

• Responsibility for handle CSSD Product like Steam Sterilizer brand from Steelco, Washer Disinfector brand from Steelco, Plasma Sterilizer brand from Renosem and Mortuary brand from Ceabis

• Senior Engineer for Healthcare Division, Responsibility for handle CSSD Product like Steam Sterilizer and Washer Product brand from Matachana. My job is including Repair, planning for Maintenance, perform maintenance, planning pra installation, perform installation and Support Marketing Team.

Calibration of medical equipment. Have responsibility for:

✴ Planning the Medical Equipment Calibration Project of every hospitals.

✴ Ensure implementation of Calibration Project must be completed.

✴ Controlling the availability of goods that required for calibration project.

✴ Ensuring the Calibration Equipment condition is ready to use.

✴ Plan and implement of activities that are useful for calibration laboratory accreditation requirements.

• Engineer Healthcare. My job is for Installing, Repairing, Maintaining,Supporting Marketing Team and Supporting for application product. Responsibility for Endoscopy Product brand from Fujinon Fujifilm and X-Ray Diagnostic brand from Comed

• Re Design medical equipment with old technology to apply new technology with microcontroller or interfacing them with PC
