An advertising agency but below the line which we were focusing on doing activations, printing business, Point of Purchase, or signage. Getting new clients was as important as maintaining the one we had.

Dealing with employees’ schedule, visuals of the stores, basically everything store related. Kind of my first place learning about customer service on the field and understood how important they were.

Though this was not my first place learning about coffee, but it was indeed the first place I’ve had my experience being the person behind the bar.

The reason why I was only doing 3 months probation in this place was because I got recruited in my 2nd month by one of the most respected person (IMO) in the coffee industry and I just can’t wait to learn and work under him. Which lead me to the next place where I’m staying til’ now.

Where I started to have a deeper role in coffee industry. Working as head barista allowed me to have a better coffee skill and management skill as I have to be more integrated in managing not only the schedules but all inventories and other sources. Got the chance to have met and talked with lots of different people from different fields and backgrounds. My role is also covering the Social media and Events needs.

While doing full time jobs in here, I also have few freelances as in Social Media Takeover for a powder drink brand, product photography for a healthy snack brand, and doing a few consulting service for a startup coffeeshops.

Started off with being the person who manages relationships with our customers, colleagues, including our friends in the F&B circle. Then the pandemic hits and I no longer can meet people, therefore my job shifted to being a social media handler including product photography, videos, marketing strategies, content making, as well as keeping the relations intact online.
