Manage projects from various accounts, mostly telco. The job is to coordinate with all teams in both internal and external parties. Report bi-weekly progress to customers project team, also bi-weekly progress report to internal upper management. On the first two years I lead the project deployment of Metro-E router for IP MPLS in West Java Area. The SOW are new installation, upgrading capacity, and upgrading router instance (refreshment). I achieve to finish all the backlogs (hundreds of line item) of the previous PM. On the third year, I assisted my PM of DDI project in a telco company IT division. The project is a refreshment of their DNS servers, we use EfficientIP product. The project went on time and got additional PO after for building a smart portal
