• Managed judicial records and archives (physical and electronic), applying confidentiality and archival standards to strengthen institutional accountability.
• Supported court hearings and judicial processes through structured administrative preparation, scheduling coordination, and systematic case file distribution.
• Delivered frontline public services through the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP), providing procedural information and service assistance to court users in a transparent and professional manner.

Achievement:

Initiated a simple administrative education intervention by developing a visual guideline for performance allowance data submission, supporting staff compliance and reducing recurring data errors while improving clarity of administrative procedures
