Designed and implemented gender analysis of community development activities as part of the support to enhance bottom-up and localized zoonotic disease control in Indonesia.


I was the co-writer for the gender analysis of rabies prevention and control in Bali and was the lead researcher for a social study of anthrax in the remote Gunungkidul province, DI Yogyakarta.


The studies are distributed and presented to the local government for relevant policy-making and program design.


Designed and supervised a study on Gender Awareness Mapping among AIHSP project's government partners at the national and provincial level.


Coordinate the consultation with government partners (Ministry of Health and Ministry of Agriculture), monitor the tender process and implementation stage of the study.


The study was disseminated among government partners for further capacity building initiatives.


Coordinated the development of the Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Profile study in the Nusa Tenggara Timur province.


The study aims to collect data to provide program design with the local context of gender, social norms, customs, livelihood, and economic aspects of the local society.


Conducted a provincial analysis on Gender Equity, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), focused on Bali and South Sulawesi provinces.


The analyses covered how women, men, people with disabilities, the elderly, ethnic groups, and the LGBT experience health, including how they access or do not access health facilities, as well as how Covid19 pandemic affects and GEDSI in Bali and South Sulawesi


Designed and provided gender-sensitive and disability inclusion capacity building for AIHSP Staff by involving experts and consultants in Indonesia and Australia on issues related to vulnerability, gender equality, and disability inclusion.


The training is conducted online and offline regularly every 3 months


Provided regular advice to internal program staff at the national and provincial levels relevant to gender, disability, and social inclusion to strengthen the development and implementation of AIHSP work plan on human and animal health activities between the Australian and Indonesian governments.


Conducted monitoring and advisory visits to the field in support of program monitoring, in order to ensure that the activities could give meaningful impact to marginalized groups.


Coordinated gender, disability, and social inclusion reports to donor agency.
